Exciting News: We’ve Got New Gear!

Well, we couldn’t keep this to ourselves any longer.

Its always important to keep ahead of the game and not to let grass grow under our feet. We are always investing in training for ourselves so new kit day is very exciting.

We already have one of the most comprehensive kit rooms for drones and ground cameras but as we all know todays kit is often out of date the following year.

So we are pleased to welcome our new DJI Mavic 4 pro.

Here’s some of its most interesting facts.

The DJI Mavic 4 Pro sets a new benchmark in professional aerial filmmaking, combining the power of large cinema drones with the portability and efficiency of a foldable platform. At its core is a next-gen Hasselblad L2D-20c camera featuring a custom-built 4/3 CMOS sensor capable of capturing stunning 5.7K video at up to 60fps, with support for Apple ProRes 422 HQ, 12-bit RAW, and 10-bit D-Log M color profiles. This enables exceptional dynamic range, true-to-life color reproduction, and unparalleled flexibility in post-production. The Mavic 4 Pro also boasts omnidirectional obstacle sensing, enhanced subject tracking with ActiveTrack 6.0, and cinematic flight modes, allowing for complex, smooth movements that were previously only possible with much larger and more expensive rigs.

With up to 45 minutes of flight time, advanced O4 transmission for ultra-stable 1080p live feeds up to 20km away, and intelligent route planning, the Mavic 4 Pro excels in both remote and high-pressure shooting environments. Unlike bulkier drones that require extensive setup and crew, the Mavic 4 Pro is ready to fly in minutes, drastically cutting down on production time without compromising on quality. Its modular ND filters, foldable design, and compatibility with DJI’s Master Wheels and RC Pro controllers further streamline workflows on set. Whether you’re capturing high-end commercials, indie features, or sweeping cinematic B-roll, the Mavic 4 Pro delivers Hollywood-grade visuals in a travel-friendly form, making it an indispensable tool for modern production companies aiming to elevate their aerial storytelling.

Now we didn’t stop there.

We often get asked to use clients ground cameras whilst out filming, using the Sony FX6 and the FX9 however we always like to offer the client a next level of cinematography.

Our new DJI Ronin4D is the next level of camera technology.

Here’s some of its incredible features.

The DJI Ronin 4D 6K is a revolutionary all-in-one cinema camera system that merges the worlds of filmmaking and cutting-edge stabilization into a single, beautifully engineered package. Designed for professionals who demand precision, efficiency, and uncompromising image quality, the Ronin 4D features a full-frame Zenmuse X9 camera with support for 6K/60fps and 4K/120fps in Apple ProRes, ProRes RAW, and H.264, delivering stunning cinematic imagery with rich dynamic range and deep color depth. What sets it apart is its integrated 4-axis stabilization system, which includes a Z-axis that eliminates vertical shake—a groundbreaking feature not found in traditional gimbals—enabling buttery-smooth handheld shots that previously required Steadicams or dolly tracks.

Built with modularity and efficiency in mind, the Ronin 4D includes LiDAR-based autofocus and range finding, ensuring razor-sharp focus even in low-light or fast-moving scenes, while its wireless transmission system (DJI O3 Pro) provides low-latency, 1080p monitoring and remote control from up to 6km away. With built-in ND filters, an interchangeable lens mount system (supporting DJI DL, Leica M, and more), and an intuitive touchscreen interface, the Ronin 4D simplifies complex workflows and puts pro-level control directly in the hands of directors and DPs. Unlike traditional cinema setups that require multiple crew and devices, this all-in-one system streamlines production without sacrificing quality, making it ideal for indie films, commercials, documentaries, and high-end run-and-gun productions. The DJI Ronin 4D 6K is not just a camera—it’s an integrated production powerhouse that’s redefining what’s possible on set.
