For more than a decade, Monarch Mobility has trusted Halo Vue to create the studio photography used to present its products to customers across the UK and USA.
From mobility scooters and powerchairs to accessories and new product launches, we produce clean, detailed and commercially focused imagery designed to make every product look its absolute best.
Our photography now features extensively throughout Monarch Mobility's new UK and USA websites, alongside the film and video content we produce for the brand.
This isn't simply product photography. It's more than ten years of building a consistent visual identity around one of the UK's best-known mobility brands.
Using professional high-resolution studio camera systems, precision lighting and carefully controlled shooting environments, we capture the shape, finish, colour, materials and details of every product with accuracy and consistency.
That consistency matters. When a new Monarch product is launched, its photography needs to sit naturally alongside an existing library created over many years while still feeling fresh, premium and contemporary.
Because we know the Monarch brand and its products so well, each shoot becomes part of a much bigger visual story rather than simply another collection of photographs.
The result is a continually evolving library of high-quality imagery that Monarch can use across digital, print, exhibitions, advertising, sales campaigns and dealer material.
Studio photography built around the product, the brand and where the image needs to work. From the first shutter press to the finished campaign, every image is created with commercial use in mind.
Unlike a traditional commercial production, this project involved no live-action location filming. We began by photographing the real Monarch Mobility scooter in the studio, creating a library of high-resolution product stills covering the complete scooter, controls, seating, bodywork and key design details.
Those photographs became the foundation for an entirely digital production workflow. AI-generated environments, characters, lighting and atmosphere were developed around the real product photography before the completed still scenes were transformed into moving sequences through AI animation.
High-quality product photography gave us an accurate visual foundation for the entire Monarch Mobility USA commercial. The main studio image captured the complete scooter, while detailed reference photography recorded the controls, seat, bodywork, construction and finishes needed throughout the AI image generation and animation process.
The professionally photographed scooter was introduced into AI-generated American ranch environments created specifically for Monarch Mobility’s US marketing. Perspective, sunlight, shadows, reflections and atmospheric detail were refined until the real photographed product felt naturally integrated into a location that had never physically been filmed.
Once the environment was established, AI-created characters were introduced to transform individual product images into believable lifestyle scenes. The aim was not simply to place somebody on the scooter, but to create imagery that communicated how the product could live within a distinctly American outdoor environment.
Once the product, location, lighting and character were working as a finished still image, the scene moved into AI animation. Motion was generated from the completed frame rather than captured by a conventional film camera.
These animation tests demonstrate how professionally photographed products can be turned into cinematic moving sequences while retaining the design and visual identity of the original scooter. Movement, environmental detail and character interaction are generated from the completed still scene.
The individual sequences were assembled during the final edit to create the Monarch Mobility USA commercial. The result is commercial video content produced without an overseas live-action shoot, location crew or the logistical cost of transporting a large mobility scooter thousands of miles.
This Monarch Mobility project demonstrates a new approach to AI product film production: begin with accurate, professionally photographed real products, then use AI to extend what can be created around them.
For larger products such as mobility scooters, vehicles, machinery and specialist equipment, this hybrid workflow creates opportunities for international product campaigns, lifestyle films and commercial content without requiring every location, cast member and scene to be captured conventionally.
When Monarch Mobility wanted to showcase the Onyx mobility scooter, the aim was to create something with much more impact than a traditional product demonstration.
We wanted the scooter to feel desirable, contemporary and visually engaging while still giving customers a clear understanding of the product itself.
The film combines high-resolution product photography, controlled studio filming, carefully designed camera movement and cinematic transitions to reveal the scooter's form, features and details.
Every element is created with commercial use in mind, allowing the finished content to work across websites, social media, exhibitions, dealer presentations and advertising campaigns.
As Monarch Mobility expanded internationally, the brand needed more than traditional studio photography. It needed imagery that could show its products living naturally in the world — across different countries, environments and lifestyles.
The aim was to communicate freedom, accessibility, confidence and versatility, while representing a much broader customer base.
People of different ages, backgrounds and ethnicities needed to be seen using Monarch products in believable, aspirational locations relevant to audiences around the world.
Artificial Intelligence gave us the creative freedom to do exactly that. We began creating highly realistic lifestyle scenes combining lifelike people, convincing locations and Monarch Mobility products.
The result is imagery that feels less like conventional product advertising and more like premium lifestyle content — warm, human, inclusive and visually rich.
AI image production gives Monarch Mobility the ability to create diverse, international lifestyle content without the practical limitations of conventional overseas productions.
Products can be placed into environments that tell a stronger story, connect with different audiences and help customers imagine how mobility can fit naturally into their own lives.
These films were created to give Monarch Mobility more than just a screen on a stand. They were designed to act as a virtual showroom — presenting products with movement, atmosphere and cinematic polish in a way that immediately catches the eye.
Played on large-format exhibition displays, the films help create a more premium, engaging stand presence and encourage visitors to stop, look and explore the products in more detail.
In a busy exhibition hall, static graphics can easily fade into the background. These films bring motion and rhythm to the space, helping the Monarch stand feel more alive, more modern and far more visually engaging.
They also allow multiple products, angles and visual moments to be showcased continuously — giving the public a much broader impression of the range without needing every product physically displayed in one place.
Although developed for showrooms and trade stands, these films are also highly versatile. The same content can be used across websites, internal presentations, dealer environments and digital marketing, giving Monarch a flexible library of branded visual assets.
The result is a set of films that work hard in multiple places — grabbing attention in public spaces while also reinforcing a strong, consistent visual identity across the wider brand.
These showroom films help Monarch Mobility create a stronger physical presence at exhibitions, while also providing content that can be repurposed across websites and wider marketing.
Instead of simply showing products, the films help create an experience — one that draws attention, supports conversation and gives the brand a more dynamic public presence.
Discuss Showroom FilmsThe process begins with the highly realistic lifestyle imagery we create for Monarch Mobility. From there, we animate the scene — adding natural human movement, product interaction, environmental motion and cinematic camera behaviour.
What begins as a carefully designed still becomes a piece of fully produced lifestyle content, built around the product and the market it is intended to reach.
We’ve developed a specialist workflow for transforming AI lifestyle imagery into fully animated product films. Rather than simply adding movement to a still image, we build each sequence around how the person, product and location should behave together.
Movement needs to feel believable. Wheels need to track correctly, people need to interact naturally with the product, backgrounds need depth and environmental details need to respond realistically.
For Monarch Mobility, this has become particularly valuable as the brand expands internationally. We are now producing imagery and films based around both UK and USA locations.
This gives Monarch USA content that feels appropriate to an American audience, while allowing the UK brand to retain its own visual environments and character.
The same Monarch product can therefore be presented in completely different settings — from British streets and countryside to American homes, cities and lifestyle locations — without organising separate international film shoots.
Most importantly, the entire process remains visually consistent because the imagery and film are developed together as part of one creative workflow.
Lifestyle imagery and films developed around recognisable British environments, audiences and situations while maintaining Monarch’s established brand identity.
Dedicated AI imagery and films created using US-inspired locations and lifestyle environments, giving Monarch’s American operation content designed specifically for its audience.
What makes this approach powerful is that we're not treating AI imagery and AI film as separate services. They are part of one joined-up production process.
We can create the people, location and product scene, develop that image into moving content, and then build multiple versions around different products, audiences and international markets.
For Monarch Mobility, that means a growing library of realistic, market-specific films created for the UK and USA without the cost, travel and logistics of conventional international productions.
For Monarch Mobility’s golf buggy, we created a product review film centred around a real user experience rather than a conventional sales pitch.
This style of film allows viewers to hear about the product in a more natural and credible way — helping explain features, usability and benefits through genuine human interaction.
We created this short film about Katie Toft, a Para Gold Medal winner who recently received her mobility scooter from Monarch Mobility.
Rather than focusing purely on the product, the film centres on the person, her story and the difference the scooter can make to everyday independence.
These more human films give Monarch an opportunity to communicate its values through genuine stories — building a stronger emotional connection with the audience.
Retired photographer Bob talks about his new Monarch Mobility scooter and what it means to him in everyday life.
Customer-led films like this are powerful because they feel personal and authentic. The viewer isn’t simply being told what a product can do — they’re hearing directly from someone who actually uses it.
That creates trust, relatability and a much stronger sense of confidence around the product and the brand behind it.
Whether it’s a television advert, a customer testimonial, a product endorsement or an ambassador story, filming real people gives Monarch Mobility another way to communicate beyond product specifications.
We handle the complete production process — from filming and lighting through to interviews, sound, editing and final delivery — creating polished films that still feel natural, credible and human.
Discuss Real-People Film ProductionSome campaigns call for scale. We’ve filmed Monarch Mobility commercials in large television studios with professional actors, dedicated camera teams, lighting crews, sound, production support and full studio facilities.
With the production directed by Halo Vue, the focus is always on creating something that feels polished and broadcast-ready while keeping the product message clear and commercially effective.
The studio environment gives us total control over lighting, performance, set design and camera movement — ideal for campaigns where every detail needs to be consistent and tightly managed.
Not every advert needs a huge studio or a huge crew. For smaller campaigns, we scale the production around what the idea actually needs.
A carefully planned location shoot with a compact team can still produce highly polished television content while keeping production costs under control.
That flexibility is one of the biggest advantages of our approach: the budget determines the scale, not the standard. We focus the spend where it has the greatest impact on screen.
Our work with Monarch Mobility has always been about more than producing a good-looking advert. The aim is to create television campaigns that support real commercial growth and help the brand reach more customers nationwide.
By tailoring the scale of each production to the brief and the available budget, we can keep shoots efficient while still delivering the polish, clarity and production value expected from national television advertising.
And because we plan beyond the single TV edit, the same shoot can often generate additional material for websites, social media, digital campaigns and dealer marketing — making the production budget work much harder.
